    Westerville Police Make Arrests in Copper Theft

    The Westerville Division of Police, assisted by Delaware County Drug Task Force officers, arrested Glenn E. Simpson, Jr. of Columbus, Melissa D. Goldsmith of Pataskala and a juvenile on Wednesday, November 14 for the theft of copper wiring from a commercial site in the area of U.S. 23 and Lazelle Road.
