Westerville Community Center room reservations will be available starting at 5 p.m. Friday through end of day Sunday. For more information or to reserve a room, call the Facilities Assistant at (614) 901-6515.
Picture a wedding ceremony among the rustic charm of Everal Barn and centuries-old trees of Heritage Park. Imagine your next family reunion at one of the many shelters in Westerville’s well-maintained parks. Just think how fun it would be to have a softball tournament at Hoff Woods or a weekend event at the Community Center. We can make it happen!
The Westerville Parks and Recreation Department has made it easy and affordable to reserve many of our facilities for your private event. Shelter reservation information.

The Westerville Community Center offers new and expanded multipurpose rooms for your next weekend reservation.
HOURS:
Reservations available Friday / Saturday / Sunday and require a 5-hour minimum.
Friday 5 - 10 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Sunday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
RATES:
One Room
Rate: $105 per hour
Resident Rate: $70 per hour
Two Rooms
Rate: $135 per hour
Resident Rate: $90 per hour
Three Rooms
Rate: $165 per hour
Resident Rate: $110 per hour
Security Deposit
Friday - Sunday including Holidays: $250
Important information:
- Reservations must be booked a minimum of two weeks in advance
- A 12% fee applies to all caterers
- Caterers must be City-approved
- Setup of tables and chairs is included in the price
- Approved nonprofit organizations receive a 25% discount on multipurpose room reservations on a limited basis
- Multipurpose room weekend reservations may be made up to 12 months prior to event
- A no-alcohol policy applies
- Linens are not included with reservation
- Projector and podium available for additional fee of $25 each
