What happens if it rains?
The Great Westerville Pumpkin Glow will continue rain or shine.
How do I purchase tickets online?
Head to www.westerville.org/registration, click the tickets tab at the top and then select "Great Westerville Pumpkin Glow." From there, you will be able to select a specific day, number of tickets and checkout as a guest.
Can I exchange my ticket for another night?
Tickets can be exchanged for any reason up until 12 p.m. on the day of the original ticket. Call the Westerville Community Center at (614) 901-6500 for assistance. Tickets are non-refundable.
Is there a fee for very young kids and babies?
Children age 3 and under get free admission to the event.
Can I bring in outside drinks or food?
Attendees can bring their own beverages and snacks. However, please note that alcohol is prohibited in the park. There are also several food trucks at the event each night.
Do I have to take the shuttle?
Attendees do not have to use the shuttle service. However, once you enter Heritage Park, it is about a 10-15 minute walk back to the event activities. We highly recommend utilizing the shuttle service.
Is the Westerville Pumpkin Glow wheelchair-friendly?
The event is wheelchair-friendly. The actual pumpkin trail and some activities are on a paved surface. The remaining attractions are set up in the grass.
Should we wear Halloween costumes?
Guests are welcome to wear costumes if desired. Adults cannot wear costumes that cover their faces.
What do I have to pay for once inside the event?
All activities are included with the admission price except food truck purchases.
Can my dog come to the event too?
The Westerville Pumpkin Glow is not designed to be dog-friendly.
Who carved all the pumpkins?
Thousands of pumpkins have been carved by Parks and Recreation staff, community volunteers, students and professional artists.
Is this a new event?
The Great Westerville Pumpkin Glow premiered this fall! Parks and Recreation hopes to make this an annual community event.
