The Fitness Room, located in the upper level of the north side of the building, has over 45 cardiovascular machines including treadmills, ellipticals, climbers, cycles, rower and more.

The strength training area includes 20 Cybex, LifeFitness and Paramount machines and a free weight area that has a variety of dumbbells (from two pounds to 100 pounds), benches, racks, cable cross-over, a functional trainer and an assisted chin-dip machine for your complete lifting needs.

The track is one tenth of a mile long and alternates directions daily with access to both walkers and runners. The Fitness Room and Track can be utilized by persons 14 years of age and older.

And if you need childcare, the Sprouts Wait Room makes working out even easier.
