Caregivers of children and young adults with special needs are invited to bring their questions and concerns to Attorney Logan Philipps of Resch, Root and Philipps, LLC, as he presents information on topics such as guardianship, powers of attorney, special needs trusts, Ohio’s STABLE accounts, social security, Medicaid waivers and more.

Philipps has a passion for assisting families with special needs having first-hand experience with his step-brother. A concentration for his practice is planning for children with special needs including guardianship, alternatives to guardianship and special needs trust planning. Bring your questions or just come and listen and learn the basics and how to get started.
