Before you make your way over to Party at the Creek, drop by the grand opening celebration of the recently expanded Westerville Water Treatment Plant across the street at 312 W. Main Street (behind Fire Station 111). Brief remarks begin at 5:30 p.m., after which guests will be invited to participate in guided tours of the new facility.
