Why not launch your healthy active lifestyle and Live W.E.L.L. Westerville on Jan 1. The First on the First is an annual holiday event that combines a 5k run/ walk with a traditional New Year’s Day celebration. The 3.1 mile course will take runners and walkers on a tour of the area surrounding the Westerville Community Center. After the race, grab a plate and enjoy a New Year’s Day feast, complete with hot roasted pork, sauerkraut and black-eyed peas. All participants will receive a long-sleeve technical shirt and a finisher’s medal.
