Strengthen & Soothe
In a busy hectic world we all need some time to slow down. This slow, passive, deep strengthening/stretching class will encourage you to spend time in various postures and positions to relax your mind while simultaneously strengthening your body. A yoga mat and pillow are recommended for the floor exercises. Beginners are welcome, but you must be able to get to and from the floor. Modifications will be made to suit different abilities and skill levels.
