The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) hosts its annual free election yard sign recycling event on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Bill McDonald Athletic Complex (4990 Olentangy River Rd.) The event is free and open to any resident or campaign in Franklin County. SWACO accepts paper, plastic, coroplast and metal sign stands at this event.
