We’re hosting a dance party that will let you use your heart and show your heart! Pop, Latin, hip-hop - all fitness levels are welcome. And the best part is that we’ll be supporting the American Heart Association. We’ll have multiple instructors to “pump” things up. We “heart”ily suggest a donation of $10 or more at the door as all proceeds go directly to the AHA. Pulses will be raised in the Aerobics Room. No child care; however, kiddos are welcome to dance.
