On Wednesday, Sept. 11 beginning at 12 p.m. the Westerville Police, Fire, Communications and Chaplain Corps. will host the annual 9/11 observance at Westerville Fire Station 111 (400 W. Main St.). The theme for this year's ceremony is "The Legacy of the Children."
