The Rotary Club of Westerville will host the annual 4th of July parade, beginning at 1 p.m. The parade will begin at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 313 N. State St., moving south on State Street through Uptown Westerville. Bring canned and boxed food items for the WARM Community Food Drive, which will be collected along the route.
