Millstone Creek Park Playground Refurbishment 

Beginning in February, the Millstone Creek Park playground will close for refurbishment. 

Work includes:

• Demolition of the existing playground surface and select equipment
• Installation of a new bonded rubber surface
• Installation of refurbished playground equipment and furniture that includes accessories 
• Drip irrigation equipment will be installed to feed the new planters
• Replacement of the existing wood bridge

Update: due to current weather conditions, the playground reopening date has been extended from July into August, weather-dependent. Please continue to check back for updates.

Millstone Creek Park Playground Updates:

Due to the wet weather conditions this February and construction at the park, the trails around the playground and nature areas will be closed until further notice. This includes the Towers Trail, which runs along the south side of Maxtown Road and south on N. Spring Road to the park entrance.

The playground reopening date has been extended from July to August, weather-dependent. Please continue to check back for updates.
